The overall aim of this course is to give delegates a comprehensive view of the evolving role of HR professionals in the digital era.

The move to hybrid working, the rise of Artificial Intelligence, ever-developing technology, skills shortages, changing expectations on the part of employees are just some of the challenges CHROs are facing. These challenges require new policies and practices. Moreover, they provide a big opportunity for HR to evolve its impact on the organisation, and on the future of work. During this week-long programme, you will gain insights into how British CHROs are meeting these challenges.
